To investigate the role of UTX in hematopoiesis, we generated UTX conditional knockout (cKO) mice. These cKO mice were crossed with Cre-ERT2 mice to defect UTX expression in a hematopoietic cell-specific manner. To detect the alterlation of H3K27me3 levels, we performed ChIP-seq analysis using HSPCs from Ct and UTX cKO mice.
