Commissioning data

Commissioning measurements were performed on an the Townsville Cancer Centre's Elekta Unity MRL. Results for such tests are provided at the locations, and in attachments in the Data Record.
[Extract: Related publication]: MR-guided radiotherapy technology is relatively new and commissioning publications, QA protocols and commercial products are limited. This work provides guidance for implementation measurements that may be performed on the Elekta Unity MR-Linac (Elekta, Stockholm, Sweden). Adaptions of vendor supplied phantoms facilitated determination of gantry angle accuracy and MV isocentre, whereas in-house developed phantoms were used for End-to-End (E2E) testing and anterior coil attenuation measurements. Third-party devices were used for measuring beam quality, reference dosimetry and during IMRT commissioning; however, due to several challenges, variations on standard techniques were required.

This dataset consists of 3 MS Excel spreadsheets:
• Commissioning 2019.xlsx – raw commissioning data (28 data sheets)
• Chamber Results.xlsx – Ionisation chamber results for radiation survey
• Combined Survey Results.xlsx – All survey results (6 data sheets)
The workbooks have also been saved in OpenDocument (.ods) format for long-term preservation and access.
