Data from "On Concavicaris (Pancrustacea: Thylacocephala) from the Carboniferous of USA"

Description This repository contains two folders: the Data folder, which includes the shield measurements files (.csv) for each thylacocephalan specimens measured. The files are arranged in folder for each species. The name of the files corresponds to the repository number of the specimen. The measurement were taken directly from the digital pictures with ImageJ2. The Script folder, which includes two files: the functions.R file, which contains all functions necessary to clean the data; (2) the shield-measurements.R file, which is the script to clean the data and to produce the summary table of the descriptive statistics. The table was produced with the R package gtsummary. Measurement abbreviations.
