Decoding the Molecular Interplay Between Punica granatum and it's associated Phylloplane Microbiota Using Transcriptome Analysis

The project involves the study of defense gene regulation in pomegranate (Punica granatum) upon treatment of the phylloplane microbiome. To unveil the defense-related pathways and have a deeper understanding of the microbiome interaction with the plant which can be exploited for the management of bacterial blight of pomegranate.
