Experimental evolution of DA19306 (Salmonella typhimurium LT2 hisA::FRT trpF::FRT araB::FRT-tet-FRT / F'128 lacI::FRT zzf1831::T-his(hisA[D10G dup13-15]) dinB::FRT). Evolved for improved HisA and TrpF activity of the mutant hisA gene carried on the F' episome by serial passage in liquid M9+0.2% glycerol. The Illumina reads contain the chromosome, the F' plasmid and pSLT.
