资源简介:
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) is positive-sense single-stranded RNA virus belonging to the family Arteriviridae. In the infected pig serve, high level of inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-1β, TNFα, IL-8 and PGE2, are produced.MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a kind of small noncoding RNAs that play a role similar to small interfering RNAs (siRNAs), direct binding to the 3′-untranslated region (3′-UTR) of target mRNAs, block translation or induce mRNA degradation. However, little is known about the role of miRNA regulating inflammatory cytokines during PRRSV infectied PAMs. PRRSV infection induces strong inflammatory factors, the mechanism of which is unknown. We use small RNA-seq to screen key miRNAs to regulate inflammatory factors, in order to analyze the causes of excessive secretion of inflammatory factors.
