资源简介:
During the fungal exploration from the Himalayan moist temperate forests
of Pakistan, different fruiting bodies of the genus Pseudosperma were
collected that resulting in one new species, i.e., Pseudosperma
khanspuricum, and one new record, Pseudosperma aureocitrinum. Pseudosperma
khanspuricum is characterized by its campanulate, fibrillose, smaller (up
to 2.2 cm), brownish yellow pileus with acute umbo, larger (up to 5.2 cm)
stipe, creamy white to light yellow lamellae, and smaller (8.9 × 5.8 µm)
basidiospores. The second species Pseudosperma aureocitrinum has been
reported for the first time from Pakistan. Molecular phylogenetic
evaluation deduced from the nrDNA internal transcribed spacer region (ITS)
and larger subunit region (LSU) validates this as a new species and a new
record, with this addition species of Psudosperma count to be 13 from
Pakistan.
