Ozone Data from the 1999 NOAA Aerosols Cruise, Southern Hemisphere Additional OZonesondes (SHADOZ) Project, NASA

Ozone measurements were taken on two legs of the NOAA R/V Ronald H. Brown as part of the 1999 Aerosols Cruise. Ozone data were taken using balloon-borne ozonesondes and radiosondes as part of the NASA Southern Hemisphere ADditional OZonesondes (SHADOZ) project. The SHADOZ project is collecting ozone data for validation, processing, and modeling of satellite-derived Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer (TOMS) data.
