The bioinformatics data showed that the MAPK signaling pathway is the key pathway that causes abnormal cell cycle dynamics after the deletion of png1. Down-regulation of fkh2 and mob1 in png1deletion cells caused abnormalities of the spindle and cytokinetic actomyosin ring at room temperature, whereas under high-temperature stress, down-regulation of clr5 and rax2 was a key factor in making spin-dle and actin ring assembly blocked. This study provides some scientific basis for further exploring the function of Png1 protein in cell cycle dynamics and related mechanisms.
