Data and Supplementary Materials for "The Evidence Gap on Rituximab in Refractory Myasthenia Gravis

This repository contains the data and supplementary materials supporting the systematic review “The Evidence Gap on Rituximab in Refractory Myasthenia Gravis: A Systematic Review Highlighting the Urgent Need for Comparative Studies.” The deposit includes the prospectively registered study protocol, complete search strategies and source-level results, the completed PRISMA 2020 checklist, the full-text screening log with article-specific exclusion rationales, the PRISMA 2020 flow diagram, the data extraction sheet, the consolidated ROBINS-I risk-of-bias assessment, and the GRADE Summary of Findings table. Searches conducted on July 25, 2025, identified 1,356 records. After removal of 527 duplicates, 829 unique records were screened. Ten reports underwent full-text assessment, nine were excluded, and one non-randomized comparative study—Hehir et al. (2017)—was included. The eligible evidence was restricted to refractory anti-MuSK-positive myasthenia gravis and was rated as very low certainty. No eligible comparative evidence was identified for refractory AChR-positive myasthenia gravis. No individual-level participant data or personal identifiers are included. Full-text copies of screened publications are not redistributed because they may be protected by publisher copyright. Persistent identifiers are provided in the full-text screening log.
