GPR120 Acts as a Choreographer of CD8+ T Cell Anergy in the Immunosuppressive Theater of Hepatocellular Carcinoma (PRJCA042896)

In this study, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis on primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues from hepatocyte-specific GPR120 knockout mice and control mice, and further investigated the role of GPR120 in remodeling the tumor microenvironment (TME) along with its underlying regulatory mechanisms.
