Data from an Archaeological Recording at Greatworth Park and Fields, Northamptonshire, 2021-2023 (HS2 Phase One)

This collection comprises images, reports, sit records, spreadsheets, GIS, Harris Matrices, and photogrammetry 3D models from archaeological recording carried out by Connect Archaeology at Greatworth Park and Fields, Northamptonshire, 2021-2023 between 7th May 2021 and 29th April 2022. The Archaeological Recording encompassed five parcels of land designated as C30040, C30041, C30042 and C30043 and C30071 at Greatworth Park and Fields, Northamptonshire, measuring 4.9ha in total. The aim of the archaeological investigation was to identify the extent and character of any surviving archaeological remains within the site. The outcomes of the archaeological recording define the character, extent, quality, preservation and significance of the archaeology present in order to determine its potential to contribute to specific objectives set out in the GWSI: HERDS (HS2-HS2-EV-STR-000-000015).
