In the subcutaneous tumor tissue of the IFN-?-stimulated group, pathways related to suppression, antigen presentation, and cell adhesion molecules were significantly upregulated.The corresponding differentially expressed genes, Gzmb, Cd274, Vtcn1, Irf1, Cd86 and Stat1 were also significantly activated. Overall design: We explored the genetic alterations by which IFN-? stimulation promoted the growth of subcutaneous tumors derived from implanted CT26.WT cells in Immunocompetent BALB/c mice.
