genome assembly and evolutionary history of Primula grandis

The data includes genomic data (long- and short-reads, HiC, and RNA-seq data) used to assemble the reference genome of the allotetraploid Primula grandis.Moreover, whole genome resequencing data for several P. grandis individuals and individuals of ofther species of Primula sect. Primula is included. We performed population genetic analyses of whole-genome resequencing data from the entire nuclear genome. The results from this sequencing experiment allowed us to study the evolutionary history of P. grandis and the genomic consequences of allopolyploid speciation and mating system shift.
