随着城市化建设的不断发展,人们对城市道路工程的建设要求越来越高。而路基是整个城市道路工程建设环节中的重中之重,路基的工程质量直接影响城市道路的使用期限。湖州市南浔区浅层软土分布较为广泛,软土具有强度低、高压缩性、灵敏度高、渗透性差、固结时间长等工程特性。浅层软土的分布厚度是控制道路沉降的主要因素。本数据通过在岩土工程勘察过程中对浅层软土厚度的统计分析,初步得出不同的软土厚度对道路沉降的影响程度,为工程建设提供依据。1、数据采集来源:在岩土工程勘察过程中,通过钻探和静力触探等勘察手段,收集浅层软土的厚度数据。2、前期工作:对区域软土分布情况进行初步调查;收集不同等级道路在使用期间的路面荷载以及常规的道路设计形式等。3、数据处理:对软土厚度数据通过统计学理论进行分析处理,计算出软土厚度标准值,通过厚度,厚度标准值,沉降量字段,进而利用太沙基的一维固结理论,使用一维固结基本微分方程计算分析道路沉降量。 4、结论:通过以上分析,在未对软土进行加固处理的时,当软土厚度<3m时,道路沉降量小于5cm;当软土厚度为3~5m时,道路沉降量为5~10cm;当软土厚度大于5m时,道路沉降量>10cm。整体数据生成“软土分布厚度-道路沉降”影响模型,填充数据库,便于为工程的初步设计与工程安全性的预估提供依据。
With the continuous advancement of urbanization, the requirements for urban road engineering construction have been increasingly stringent. The subgrade is the core and most critical component in the entire urban road engineering construction process, and its construction quality directly affects the service life of urban roads. Shallow soft soil is widely distributed in Nanxun District, Huzhou City, which exhibits several geotechnical engineering characteristics including low strength, high compressibility, high sensitivity, poor permeability, and long consolidation time. The distribution thickness of shallow soft soil is the primary factor controlling road settlement. This dataset is derived from the statistical analysis of shallow soft soil thickness data during geotechnical engineering investigations, and preliminarily obtains the degree of influence of different soft soil thicknesses on road settlement, providing a reliable basis for engineering construction.
1. Data collection source: During geotechnical engineering investigations, thickness data of shallow soft soil was collected through investigation methods such as drilling and static cone penetration tests (CPT).
2. Preparatory work: Conduct a preliminary investigation of the regional soft soil distribution; collect pavement loads of roads of different grades during their service periods and conventional road design forms, etc.
3. Data processing: Analyze and process the soft soil thickness data using statistical theory to calculate the standard value of soft soil thickness. Using thickness, standard thickness value, and settlement volume as core data indicators, Terzaghi's one-dimensional consolidation theory and the basic one-dimensional consolidation differential equation are further applied to calculate and analyze road settlement.
4. Conclusions: Through the above analysis, without soft soil reinforcement treatment, road settlement is less than 5 cm when the soft soil thickness is less than 3 m; road settlement ranges from 5 cm to 10 cm when the soft soil thickness is between 3 m and 5 m; road settlement exceeds 10 cm when the soft soil thickness is greater than 5 m. A "soft soil distribution thickness - road settlement" impact model is established using the entire dataset, and the model results are used to populate the database, providing a reliable basis for preliminary engineering design and estimation of engineering safety.
