Data of the accumulation of tagged Frizzled in membranes of developing histoblasts. Scripts for plotting the data. Modelling of the data shows that there is a gradient of Fz across the segment (A and P compartments) and that there is more Fz at the posterior than the anterior membranes in all cells of the segment.
