Single Cell Transcriptomic Atlas of Lung Microvascular Regeneration after Targeted Endothelial Cell Ablation

In a model of ALI induced by lung endothelial cell (EC) ablation we show for the first that resolution of acute lung injury and EC regeneration is orchestrated by novel apelin-expressing, gCap endothelial stem-like cells by a mechanism dependent on apelin signaling. The study comprises twelve single cell RNA-seq samples from three pooled libraries (all twelve samples present in all three libraries) constructed using the MULTI-seq protocol. Raw data for MULTI-seq libraries includes paired-end sequences for the gene expression libraries and paired-end sequences for the sample barcode libraries. The individual sample information (including the MULTI-seq barcode, barcode ID for each sample) is provided in the sample_metadata.txt.
