课题4测量了传感器最小检测压强,裁剪与压力传感器功能区域大小相同的滤纸片(25*25mm2),使用天平精确测量滤纸片质量并求得其提供的接触压强,其次将仿生压力传感器固定于平整平台上,将传感器两侧导线接入数字万用表并进行校正,最后,将滤纸片正对放入传感器功能区域,记录传感器电容变化,计算传感器电容变化ΔC和初始电阻C0之间的比值, 确定传感器的最小检测压强是否小于1Pa。
Task 4 measures the minimum detectable pressure of the pressure sensor. First, cut filter paper sheets with the same size as the functional area of the pressure sensor (25×25 mm²). Precisely weigh the filter paper sheets using an analytical balance and calculate the contact pressure provided by them. Next, fix the biomimetic pressure sensor on a flat platform, connect the wires on both sides of the sensor to a digital multimeter and perform calibration. Finally, place the filter paper sheets directly above the functional area of the sensor, record the capacitance change of the sensor, calculate the ratio between the capacitance change ΔC of the sensor and the initial resistance C0, and determine whether the minimum detectable pressure of the sensor is less than 1 Pa.
