Genome and transcriptome of Drosophila miranda F1 males derived from males with iron-ion beam irradiation. Drosophila miranda strain:14011-0101.17

Genome sequencing of each of six Drosophila miranda F1 males derived from a cross of males with 2 Gy irradiation of iron-ion beam and wildtype females was conducted. As a control, the genome sequencing of each of four wildtype Drosophila miranda males was also conducted. By comparing the genome sequences of the control and the irradiated individuals, deletions were predicted in the genomes of the irradiated males. mRNA sequencing of the same F1 male flies derived from the irradiated males was also conducted.
