To explore effect of medium-chain triglyceride KD (MCT-KD) in a 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP)-induced PD mouse model, we profiled substantia nigra pars compacta tissues from control group, MPTP group and MPTP + KD mice by RNA sequencing (RNA-seq). Overall design: We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of control (Ctrl), MPTP and MPTP-KD mice.
