The archived files contain 1) the R script to subtract the mass-to-charge ratios (m/z) of the blanks in the DOM samples, 2) the list of m/z detected in each DOM samples collected during the Horizon Glacé 2024 expedition, and 3) the intensities of the PARAFAC-validated components found in samples collected in summer 2023 and winter 2024 in the Saguenay fjord.
