“The effect of surgical versus transcatheter aortic valve replacement on endothelial function”

endoFMD.csv contains the flow mediated dilation values of the two groups (aortic valve replacement (AVR) n=30; and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) n=30) obtained at baseline, day 4 post intervention and at follow-up (90 days). The R-script it is also included in order to reproduce figure 1 for data visualization.
