EMO BON Observatory Station ROSKOGO (SBR)

ROSKOGO is an EMO BON observatory station operated by the Station Biologique de Roscoff (SBR) in France. The sampling site is located in the French part of the English Channel (North Atlantic Ocean). Seawater and marine sediment samples are collected every two months, meiobenthos samples are collected three times a year and macrobenthos samples are collected twice a year. The sampling campaigns started in June 2021. All procedures follow the EMO BON Handbook. All EMO BON genomic data generated from the ROSKOGO observatory station will be included under this study.
