The purpose of this 8-week study is to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the improvement of sagittal motion disorder. Before and after the intervention, the pain of the affected leg was scored by VAS pain scale. Kinematics data and dynamics data are processed and calculated by visual 3D analysis software (c-motion, USA). Butterworth fourth-order low-pass filter is adopted for filtering, and the cut-off frequencies are 6 Hz and 50 Hz respectively. The knee joint torque was calculated by inverse dynamics method, standardized as the product of weight and height, and the time was 0-100% standardized. The vertical projection position of the centroid on the horizontal plane plus the ratio of the centroid velocity to the factor W0 is defined as the extrapolated center of mass position (CM); The minimum distance from cm to BOS boundary is defined as margin of stability (MOS), which takes into account the comprehensive effects of support surface, centroid position and velocity. The crossing speed is expressed by the average speed of the center of mass of the human body. The position and speed of the center of mass are calculated by visual 3D software according to the coordinate position of the marker point of the whole body. The center of pressure (COP) is obtained according to the data of the dynamometer. The time when the heel touches the ground is defined as the time when the ground reaction force F in the z-axis direction measured by the force measuring platform is ≥ 20n.
