Study on the formation mechanism of wine grape quality under the terroir of the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain (PRJCA026545)

This project intends to use mathematical modeling to integrate multi-level information such as environmental characterization, metabolite analysis, transcriptome and epigenetics, to deeply study the grape quality characteristics of each sub-producing area in the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, and analyze the mechanism of terroir factors on grape quality regulation. It has very important scientific significance and broad application prospects.
