scientific abstract: we propose to use isocam and isophot to observe a few hundred of the faintest iras extragalactic sources to investigate the cosmological evolution of luminous infrared galaxies, to explore the agnstarburst relationship at intermediate redshift, and to look for protogalaxy candidates.
