This dataset contains raw flow cytometry (.fcs) files from tumors and tumor-draining lymph nodes (TDLN) of syngeneic C57BL/6 mice. Mice were engrafted with either wild-type or Ago2 knockout Lewis Lung Carcinoma (LLC) cells and administered anti-PD-1 treatment or vehicle control. A supplementary document detailing the sequential gating strategy for each specimen is also included in this repository.
