We aim to evaluate the rhizosphere bacterial community diversity and structure by Illumina MiSeq sequencing approach, to compare bacterial communities of rhizosphere with bulk soils, as well rhizosphere communities among five plant species, and to explore plant effects on rhizosphere bacterial community structure in saline habitats.
