Rental Safety Verification Program (RSVP) Properties (Historic / Non-Authoritative)

This is a historic map of all properties that are scheduled for inspection or are registered under South Bend's Rental Safety Verification Program (RSVP) and their corresponding status beginning March 2019 to 2024. It includes the following data: Property identification details (parcel IDs and addresses) Property RSVP status (please see terminology definitions below) Expiration date of RSVP certification or exemption Name of property owner and owner's business name (if applicable) Location (coordinates may be missing for parcels that have been consolidated)Terminology for property status: Certified - property has met minimum standards Condemned - property has extensive, major violations and the property is unsafe for occupancy Conditional Certification - property requires non-critical repairs that can't be completed within 60 days (typically weather dependent, exterior repairs) - property is owner-occupied and\/or non-residential Exempt - property does not require an RSVP inspection (most often due to having received an inspection by another agency in the last 12 months) Illegal for Non-owner Occupancy - inspections initiated or completed but property has not achieved certification Inspection Process - property has an RSVP inspection scheduled Under Review - we have initiated contact with the owner to schedule an inspection ~ or ~ someone has contacted Code Enforcement to schedule an inspection - but no inspection has been scheduled yet本数据集为2019年3月至2024年期间，南本德市（South Bend）租金安全验证计划（Rental Safety Verification Program, RSVP）下已注册、或计划接受检查的所有物业及其对应状态的历史地图数据。 本数据集包含以下内容：物业标识详情（地块编号与地址）、物业RSVP状态（详见下文术语定义）、RSVP认证或豁免的有效期、物业所有者姓名及所有者企业名称（如适用）、物业位置（合并后的地块可能缺失坐标信息）。 物业状态术语定义如下： - 已认证（Certified）：物业已达到最低合规标准 - 已查封（Condemned）：物业存在大面积严重违规，不适合居住 - 附条件认证（Conditional Certification）：物业需进行非关键性维修且无法在60日内完成（通常受天气影响，多为外墙维修）；或物业为业主自住物业/非住宅物业 - 已豁免（Exempt）：物业无需接受RSVP检查（最常见原因是过去12个月内已接受过其他机构的相关检查） - 非业主居住违规（Illegal for Non-owner Occupancy）：检查流程已启动或已完成，但物业尚未获得认证 - 检查安排中（Inspection Process）：物业已安排RSVP检查 - 审核中（Under Review）：我方已联系业主协调检查事宜，或有人已联系执法部门申请安排检查，但尚未确定具体检查时间
