Single-channel EEG Recording from C3H/HeJ Mice

Single-channel EEG recordings from 18 C3H/HeJ mice, which have spontaneous spike-wave discharges (SWD). 8 mice were recorded over 5 days and used for training the network (see bottom for more details). 10 different mice were recorded for 1 day and used for testing. Each .mat file contains one MATLAB structure called "rec". "rec" has 4 fields: 1) mID: individual mouse ID 2) SWDlabel: the manual label for every sample in the EEG indicating non-seizure (0) or SWD (1) 3) ecog: the actual EEG data (units are arbitrary) 4) fs: sampling frequency (in Hz) The files are named in 2 distinct forms, but they both contain the "rec" structure described above: 1)'DayX_MZ.mat' where X is the day of the recording and Z is the mouse ID - these files were used as the "training dataset" 2) '20240209_MZ_MAT.mat' where Z is the mouse ID - these files were used as the "testing" dataset Corresponding preprint can be found here: Combining Residual U-Net and Data Augmentation for Dense Temporal Segmentation of Spike Wave Discharges in Single-Channel EEG
