Clinical dataset of chronic hepatitis B virus infected patients during antiviral therapy

This dataset comprises clinical data from patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection who were admitted between May 30, 2018, and June 24, 2025, with follow-up until December 31, 2025, based on a dual-center follow-up design. Data were collected at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine College and the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. The dataset contains valid data from 1,131 patients, including 805 males (71.2%) and 326 females (28.8%), with ages ranging from 2 to 68 years, a median age of 36 years, a mean age of 35.1 years, and a standard deviation of 13.9 years. It encompasses each patient's medical history, as well as biochemical test results and treatment plans for each medical visit. Its primary advantage lies in the high-frequency measurement of key virological and serological markers, particularly during the initial 24-48 weeks of treatment for the majority of patients. All data presented are raw data.
