刹车片是汽车刹车系统的重要组成部分,其摩擦性能直接影响到刹车效果和行车安全。本数据可以对汽车的刹车片摩擦系数的情况进行安全性评价,为政府监管、消费者购买提供参考和技术支撑。1.数据采集:采集行驶10000公里的汽车刹车片;2. 刹车片摩擦系数检测:设定不同转速,分别采集刹车片的加载力和摩擦力;3数据处理:设定摩擦系数为μ,加载力为N,摩擦力为F,分别计算在不同转速下的摩擦系数μ=F/N,得出刹车片的摩擦系数随着转速的增加而逐渐降低。在低转速时,摩擦系数较高,能够提供更好的制动力;而在高转速时,摩擦系数较低,可以减少刹车片与制动盘之间的磨损。因此,该批次刹车片的摩擦系数表现正常。
Brake pads are critical components of automotive braking systems, and their frictional performance directly affects braking effectiveness and driving safety. This dataset enables safety evaluation of the friction coefficient performance of automotive brake pads, providing technical support and reference for government supervision and consumer purchasing decisions. 1. Data Collection: Collect automotive brake pads that have been driven for 10,000 kilometers; 2. Brake Pad Friction Coefficient Testing: Set different rotational speeds, and collect the loading force and friction force of the brake pads respectively; 3. Data Processing: Define the friction coefficient as μ, loading force as N, and friction force as F. Calculate the friction coefficient μ=F/N under different rotational speeds respectively, and conclude that the friction coefficient of the brake pads gradually decreases with the increase of rotational speed. At low rotational speeds, the friction coefficient is higher, which can provide better braking force; while at high rotational speeds, the friction coefficient is lower, which can reduce wear between the brake pads and brake discs. Therefore, the friction coefficient performance of this batch of brake pads is normal.
