工业锅炉水质碱度化验数据

工业锅炉基本上是以水为介质进行热量的传输与动力的提供，工业锅炉的锅水需要保持一定的碱度。但锅水碱度太高，易影响蒸汽品质，有时还会引起碱性腐蚀，因此锅水碱度应维持在一定的范围内。通过工业锅炉水质碱度化验，可以掌握锅炉水质的碱度情况，从而提升水质来防止锅炉的腐蚀，保障锅炉的安全运行。对湖州的工业锅炉进行水质碱度化验，根据GB/T1576-2018的检测方法对锅炉的给水和锅水进行碱度测定，获得检测结果。针对给水样本（Vf）和锅水样本（Vb），通过1/2硫酸溶液（C）和酚酞试液的酸碱滴定法，结合锅水加酚酞消耗酸体积（Vb1）、锅水总消耗酸体积（Vb2）、给水总消耗酸体积（Vf2），计算得出锅炉水样的锅水酚酞碱度（JDPb）=C*Vb1/Vb*1000、给水全碱度（JDZf）=C*Vf2/Vf*1000和锅水全碱度（JDZb）=C*Vb2/Vb*1000。

Industrial boilers primarily use water as the medium for heat transfer and power supply. The boiler water in industrial boilers needs to maintain a moderate alkalinity. However, excessively high alkalinity of boiler water tends to adversely affect steam quality and may even cause caustic corrosion in some cases. Therefore, the alkalinity of boiler water should be strictly maintained within a specific range. By conducting alkalinity tests on the water quality of industrial boilers, the alkalinity status of boiler water can be monitored, so as to optimize water quality, prevent boiler corrosion, and ensure the safe operation of boilers. Alkalinity tests were performed on the water quality of industrial boilers in Huzhou. The alkalinity of boiler feedwater and boiler water was measured in accordance with the test method specified in GB/T 1576-2018, and the test results were obtained. For feedwater samples (Vf) and boiler water samples (Vb), the acid-base titration method using 1/2 sulfuric acid solution (C) and phenolphthalein indicator solution was employed. Combined with the volume of acid consumed by boiler water after adding phenolphthalein (Vb1), the total volume of acid consumed by boiler water (Vb2), and the total volume of acid consumed by feedwater (Vf2), three alkalinity indexes were calculated: phenolphthalein alkalinity of boiler water (JDPb) = C*Vb1/Vb*1000, total alkalinity of feedwater (JDZf) = C*Vf2/Vf*1000, and total alkalinity of boiler water (JDZb) = C*Vb2/Vb*1000.
