High-quality genomic DNA from Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans 624s (a smooth derivative of the clinical isolate 624) was submitted to SeqCenter (Pittsburgh, PA) for hybrid long-read and short-read sequencing using Oxford Nanopore and Illumina technologies, respectively. The resulting data were used for de novo genome assembly and annotation.
