X. mucosus, X. atropurpureus, P. chirus, A. purpurescens and Lumpenus sagitta Raw sequence reads microbiome

We examined the nutritional physiology of Lumpenus sagitta, a member of the family Stichaeidae, to better understand whether it could digest algal components like its better studied algivorous relatives. We compared the distal intestine tissue and content microbiome in this species to other species in the family Stichaeidae.
