Transcriptome changes in human PSC-derived cardiomyocytes induced by doxorubicin II

Doxorubicin (DOX) is one of the most effective chemotherapeutic agents for various types of cancers. However, DOX often causes cardiotoxicity referred to as DOX-induced cardiomyopathy (DIC). In this experiment, transcriptome changes induced by doxorubicin were examined in human PSC-derived cardiomyocytes. Overall design: Global gene expression changes were examined using RNA-seq in human PSC-derived cardiomyocytes with 1 µM doxorubicin or DMSO control treatement for 24h.
