资源简介:

This dataset includes records of soybean phenotypes collected over two years at two distinct research sites: the Pinney Purdue Agricultural Center (PPAC) in Wanatah, Indiana (2022), and the Agronomy Centre for Research & Education (ACRE) in West Lafayette, Indiana (2023). The plants were grown in two different soil types at PPAC: sandy loam and clay loam, with three replications per genotype at each site. At PPAC, the plants were hand-sown in single-row plots, each 3 meters long (2.1 meters of row length, with a 0.9-meter alley), at a depth of 2.5 to 3.8 cm. In 2023, at ACRE, which features a silty-loam soil environment, the experiment used four-row plots of similar length to those at PPAC in 2022. The dataset includes the following sheets: PPAC_ACRE: Contains phenotype data collected over the two years. ACI_2023: ACI data for the year 2023, from ACRE. ACI_2022: ACI data for 2022, from PPAC. Survey_2022 and Survey_2023: Licor survey measurements for PPAC and ACRE, respectively. For detailed explanations and additional context, please refer to the Readme sheet.
