The project aims to conduct a comprehensive study on the diversity of Lupinus angustifolius symbiotic bacteria in the Leningrad district by collecting samples and subsequently sequencing their genomes. The goal of the research is to identify their unique characteristics.Bradyrhizobium sp. strains RCAM1614 and RCAM01083 are efficient nitrogen-fixing bacteria isolated from nodules of Lupinus angustifolius in the Leningrad district (Russia) previously.
