Analysis Outputs for Sign Epistasis Analysis in Protein Binding Systems: Version 1

This record contains the initial archived version of the analysis output files for an ongoing sign epistasis analysis project. The outputs are based on DMS datasets and structure-derived features related to GB1, GRB2, PDZ3, and KRAS interaction systems. The archive is organized according to the analysis workflow. Folders 1–16 correspond to the main analysis stages, while the final two documents correspond to the 17th stage of the workflow. The project is still under development, and the output files may be updated in future Zenodo versions. The analysis code is currently maintained in a private GitHub repository and is not included in this record.
