Heritage Conservation through Restoration and Revegetation at Mooramong

This Integrated Reserve Management project will engage participants in comprehensive contribution to management of the Mackinnon Nature Reserve at Mooramong. This Reserve is a repository for western district endangered and threatened species and breeding reserve for the endangered Eastern Barred Bandicoot. The significant contribution of a Green Army team will enable a large scale project for establishment and renewal of firebreaks around threatened habitat and species areas, enabling further conservation and ongoing land management to be enacted.
