Bacteria dissemination in different level of health care in South Africa: the effectiveness of infections prevention and control

To investigate hospital environment samples from different public hospital as a source and dissemination of bacterial infection using data to detect problem areas where infection, prevention, and control measures should be instituted with the goal of improving patient safety in Kwazulu- Natal, South Africa by enhancing our understanding of their phylogenies and transmission events, epidemiology, transcriptional factors, clonality, virulence and antibiotic resistance.
