Orthometric Height Determination using GPS Observations and the Integrated Geodesy Adjustment Model

An integrated geodesy adjustment is presented for the determination of orthometric height differences using observations of the satellites of the Global Positioning System (GPS) in combination with all available terrestrial observations. In particular, linear (pseudo-) observation equations for orthometric heights and the GPS base-line components are developed which allow for the consideration of noise in both data types.
