Interferon regulatory factor 1 (IRF1) has been shown to play a role in the regulation of tumour suppression. Through our further research, we found that IRF1 is directly regulated by AR in prostate cancer and plays an important role in the development of prostate cancer. In order to further analyze the role of IRF1 in prostate cancer cells, we studied the changes of IRF1 downstream genes before and after IRF1 knockdown by RNA sequencing technology.
