To elucidate the mechanism of ALDH18A1-driven gastric carcinogenesis and identify its downstream transcriptional targets, we conducted genome-wide RNA sequencing in HGC-27 cells knockdowning ALDH18A1, with comparison to negative control (si-NC) group. Overall design: RNA-seq of ALDH18A1 knockdown (si ALDH18A1) to study the gene expression profile pattern of HGC-27 cells in vitro.
