This study aimed to investigate the protective mechanisms of DMDD liposome on breast cancer, BALB/c mice were transplanted subcutaneously with 4T1 cells into the right axilla for 1 weeks, followed by various medicines for 2 weeks. The transcriptomic analysis was performed in liver tissues by RNA-seq. Overall design: the BALB/c mice were randomly divided into several groups: the model group and DMDD liposome-treated groups were administered, followed by various agents.
