The image quality was adversely affected by the bad ice but the reconstruction was overall good. Other kind of filaments maybe CTPS can be clearly seen. Invagination occurs on both sides and FtsZ filament looks incomplete and more importantly and amazingly two or three FtsZ filament strands can be seen at the "bottom" side of the cell.
