Rice transposable-element dynamics: supplementary tables and source data

This repository contains the supplementary tables and source data supporting a comparative analysis of transposable-element dynamics in rice.The dataset includes formal supplementary tables and large source-data files for accession-level solo-LTR abundance, TSD-supported solo-LTR coordinates, intact LTR-RT annotations, family-level genomic occupancy, GJ–XI structural contrasts, insertion-time landscapes, TE-PAV states, TE differentiation statistics, high-FST regions, and related figure source data.The analyses include 12 rice accessions representing the major indica and japonica groups. Solo-LTR coordinates were generated using the latest TSD-supported analysis workflow. Large coordinate-level and locus-level datasets are provided as tab-delimited or comma-separated files, together with a file index describing their relationship to the figures and supplementary tables.This repository is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the analyses reported in the associated manuscript.
