Optimize vehicle deployment strategies by analyzing the spatiotemporal distribution of high SES values; meanwhile, support dispatching route analysis to prioritize short-distance and high-efficiency delivery routes, thereby reducing invalid transportation costs. The system also supports setting up an early warning mechanism that triggers reminders when the actual score is significantly lower than expected, enabling process monitoring and problem tracing. This dataset can provide references for fleet dispatching optimization for ride-hailing platforms, output travel trend analysis of hotspots and peak hours for urban traffic management departments, and offer data-driven decision support for dispatching operations to enterprises such as logistics and e-bike operators. It not only improves the dispatching efficiency and automation level within enterprises, but also serves as a standardized evaluation tool to help upstream and downstream enterprises collaboratively optimize resource allocation and promote refined and intelligent operational development. Regional vehicle demand can be derived from dispatching effectiveness: the higher the comprehensive dispatching effectiveness score of a region, the stronger the vehicle demand in that region after dispatching, which can further indicate strong public transport demand, providing decision-making basis for public transport service providers to arrange bus route density and adjust public transport frequencies. 1. Data Collection: Record relevant information of each vehicle dispatching task, including: service area, vehicle number, equipment ID, work order ID, operation and maintenance personnel ID, starting location, deployment location, dispatching distance (meters), dispatching start time, dispatching end time, interval to the first order after dispatching (minutes), number of orders within 24 hours after dispatching. 2. Data Processing: Clean the collected raw data by removing missing values and abnormal records. Calculate key indicators based on the usage status after dispatching is completed: first order response time and the number of orders within 24 hours. Evaluate the rationality of dispatching behavior by combining dispatching time, spatial distance and regional characteristics. The dispatching effectiveness score is calculated as: first order response score + 24-hour order count score + rationality adjustment score. First order response score: reflects the speed at which the deployed vehicle is used. The scoring rules are as follows: - 50 points if the interval to the first order after dispatching ≤ 5 minutes; - 40 points if 5 < interval ≤15 minutes; - 30 points if 15 < interval ≤30 minutes; - 20 points if 30 < interval ≤60 minutes; - 10 points if 60 < interval ≤120 minutes; - 0 points if the interval >120 minutes. 24-hour order count score: measures the usage intensity of vehicles in the target area. The scoring rules are as follows: - 50 points if the number of orders within 24 hours ≥10; - 40 points if 7 ≤ number of orders ≤9; - 30 points if 5 ≤ number of orders ≤6; - 20 points if 3 ≤ number of orders ≤4; - 10 points if 1 ≤ number of orders ≤2; - 0 points if the number of orders within 24 hours is 0. Rationality adjustment score: - -5 points if the start and end points are within the same service area and the distance <500 meters (short-distance invalid dispatching); - -5 points if the dispatching distance >5km and the first order interval >60 minutes (long-distance dispatching with no effective usage); - -5 points if the dispatching starts between 12:00 and 14:00 and the number of orders is less than 3. 3. Dispatching Effect Judgment based on Dispatching Effectiveness Score: - Valid dispatching: score ≥80; - Basically valid dispatching: 60 ≤ score ≤79; - Low-efficiency dispatching: 40 ≤ score ≤59; - Invalid dispatching: score <40.
