The role of nutrition in shaping resistance to baculoviruses is unknown. We re-sequence approx. 70 populations of the moth species Plodia interpunctella using a 'pool-seq' approach. We do so in order to perform a genome scan and association study to identify the molecular basis of resistance, and any diet specific effects.
