Evalutation of DEGs by RNA-seq in thiaclopride exposed murine testis

Environmental factors such as pesticides could affect developmental processes and cause phenotypic changes. In this project we study whether the exposure to neonicotinoid pesticide, thiaclopride, during embryonic development, could cause gene expression deregulation in outbred Swiss mice. Mice were treated during embryonic development at dose 6mg/kg body weight/day. New-borns were grown until 35 days-old. RNA was extracted from testes of three different mice for each condition (control vs exposed) and stranded libraries were prepared. RNA was extracted from testes of 6 mice. Stranded libraries were prepared using NEBNext Ultra II Directional RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina according manufacturer's instructions.
